Salon Policies
Please read through our policies carefully since some may pertain to you or a situation you might find yourself in at the salon. If you have any questions, you can always ask me or the person running our front desk.

Cancelation
We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancelation notice for all salon services. We understand things happen and sometimes you need to reschedule. Some day cancelations will result in a 50% cancelation fee for the anticipated service amount. The same day is from midnight until your scheduled appointment time.

Late
​Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure consistent and quality service. It is also a courtesy to other clients and guests whose appointments are after you. Please note that late arrivals may shorten service offerings or result in rescheduling your appointment. Guests who arrive 15 minutes late or more must pay a fine of $20.

Clothing Protection
​We suggest you wear an old shirt or a cheap shirt during your color service so you do not get color on your clothes! We also offer a smock you can change into on arrival to ensure that you do not mess up your clothes.

Retail Return & Exchanges
​We understand that sometimes products come in damaged and are unnoticeable until the product is opened! Within a week of purchasing, we will refund you.
